About the Author

Craig Prichard teaches communication in the Department of Human Resource Management on Massey University's Turitea Campus in Palmerston North.

Richard Hull is Lecturer in Sociology in the Department of Human Sciences, and the Centre for Research on Culture, Innovation, and Technology, both at Brunel University.

Mike Chumer is the Multi-Media Librarian responsible for media and digital services in the John Cotton Dana Library at Rutgers University. He is also adjunct faculty for the School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies at Rutgers.

Hugh Willmott is Professor of Organisational Analysis in the Manchester School of Management at UMIST, UK.
