Nearly all the members of my work team are scattered around the country, and there's not much difference between a mobile workforce (as it is called in this book's title) and a distributed working group. This book has good ideas for making the distance between you and your coworkers or employees feel less significant and for increasing productivity.

Lately, I've been working more and more with long distance workers. This book offers a lot of actionable advice on keeping mobile workers focused and dedicated.
