Review
"[The case studies] are great situations that the students seem to understand when applying the concept from the chapter. Furthermore, they are relatively current situations, not something that happened in their grandparents early years". Jennifer (Symonds) Morrison, University of Alabama
"I particularly like the use of cases and supplemental reading at the end of each chapter. The author uses contemporary and vivid examples to illustrate the theoretical concepts in each chapter. Also, extensive review of the relevant literature is incorporated through out the text". Dr. Vidu Soni, Central Michigan University
