And I always thought that the 'clean' approach was always effective?!?! Now I've learned what to do when the next 'sensitive' project needs to be managed circumventing pitfalls and snakepits.You'll love this book. It is not for the bookshelf but to be kept within reach!

a different approach to projects - and very thought provoking. gives food for thought in difficult projects. difficult to get.
