This review is from: Managing Social Anxiety: A Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Approach Client Workbook (Treatments That Work) (Paperback)
Good reference text to use with clients, in order to have activities doing actual cbt work. Helpful material would definitely recommend to have in the library if you are going to use cbt with clients.
