Managing and Understanding Parental Anger,
By Christine (West Valley City, Utah United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Managing and Understanding Parental Anger (Paperback)
This is one of the most strait forward books on dealing with Parental Anger I have read. I have a degree in Family and Human Development and the ideas of this book are a break through. I have been looking for a book that makes dealing with parental anger attainable. This book states that children will misbehave, and as a parent you make yourself angry by what you think, not what your child has done. It is a short book and gets right to the point, you don't have to sift through lots of therapy talk, it is just strait forward and easy to follow. I think every parent should have and use the suggestions in this book. We would all be happier as parents if we did. We don't have to blame ourselves for being angry, we can deal with it. I highly recommend this book.
