This is a VERY effective and usefull presentation. Many, if not most, women do not know that menopause is a 10 year process, not just the ceasation of monthly periods. If your 'significant other' is about 40 years old or more, whether you are male or female, this is a MUST READ. It will substantially improve the communication and understanding about this normal transition that occurs with every woman everywhere. If you deal, however casually, with women anywhere, at home, at work, socially the information in this book will be a substantial benefit to you - - and to that woman - - if you have the kindness to share it with her.
