I read this book back in the 80's. I was so impressed that I called the author. She was quite nice and very helpful. At the time, I was not an investor. In fact, I didn't even buy my primary resident until 1992, but I had goals. Although I have had some challenges, I now own 3 investment properties! I am going to re-read her book as I need re-enforcement!!!
