Great book for someone interested in detailed information
This is a very good book for someone interested in the biology, habitat & distribution of these endangered animals. Excellent illustrations & photographs. I highly recommend this book for someone who wants more than a field guide!

Only good for school projects
Manatees & Dugongs isn't something anyone would want to read in their spare time, but it was really useful on my manatee science project. Full of info and statistics, it's informative but of course quite boring. (Since it's a research book.) If you're doing a school project on manatees, read this book!
