Beautiful but poor craftsmanship and support,

I purchased this bag in July and inititally rated it very high due to its looks. Within 2 1/2 months, the feet literally just fell off - both within a two day period. I emailed the seller and received a prompt response but the seller wanted me to ship it back and let them work on it or get it replaced by the manufacturer. I travel weekly by air with two notebook computers and need a travel case so I asked if the seller could just send me a replacement and I would return the old one in the same box. The seller refused to do this. I find this unacceptable for a case that I spent this much money on and I am expected to pay for packaging and freight! I would be OK with paying a deposit and then have it refunded when the original unit was received by the seller but I find it ironic that I bear all the risk.
I also researched and contacted the manufacturer (Mancini) directly in Canada. It took them 2 weeks almost to respond to their warranty email. The response was to ask for the model and description which I provided. It has been another two weeks since then and still no further communication. Unbelieveable! Buy this at your own peril!

If you have a lot of files and need easy transport and handling this is a bag that will do the job, and looks fantastic doing it.
