Fantastic book, but then I knew that it would be, I am a big fan of the author. I am taking meditation mandala workshops and was wondering 'where to next', and I have found this book particularly helpful. It covers many ways of developing the Great Round and that suits me perfectly, thank you. It isnt too heavy for my group as some of the work we had covered, and although this isnt light weight it appears to be fitting in with my group at just the right time.
I love manadalas and since having done my work in Transpersonal Art Therapy they are so pertinent to my own growth. Suzanne's books have been an integral part of that and I am very grateful Thank you

This is one of the best books on Mandalas I've come across. Thorough and really well presented it's easy to read and follow instructions.
It gives a great, more in depth understanding of what mandalas are about compared to many other mandala books. I am using it in a therapy group I run and the participants are really loving it and really gaining an insight into themselves. To follow the book right through the twelve different exercises is really fascinating and beneficial. I love how clear this book is in its explanations and instructions. Highly recommend it.

Mistitled: Far too few mandala designs to be called a mandala workbook.
The subtitle, A Creative Guide for Self-Exploration, Balance, and Well-Being, would be a more accurate description of the book. The book is oriented more to arts & crafts than coloring mandalas. However, I did not find the arts & crafts projects at all appealing. In fact, I did not find anything at all appealing in this book. I felt is was a total waste of money. Wish Amazon had more pages available for previewing this book. Had I previewed this book in a library or bookstore, I would never have bought it. I CANNOT recommend this book.
