Great Stuff!,

This is a brief CD with less than 40 minutes of music. But what is here is amazing stuff, sounding much like the best of Weather Report. Leader Kireyev plays saxes and keyboards, backed by Valery Panfilov on guitar, Victor Matoukhin on bass, Ildar Nafigov on drums (all four of these gentleman are from the former USSR), and Ndiaga Sambe (Senegal) on congas. This is fusion muic at its best. Funky, fresh, exuberant, and infectious, this music will make you want to get up and dance or chant right along. Special mention must be made of drummer Ildar Nafigov, who is simply amazing. Great stuff!
