It's not for everybody, but the healing power of the Mandala works for my husband. He has several books and has been using these for over 6 years. He is 55 and gets reagular physicals and never been sick.
He does not take medicines either. I don't use it, but like I said, This is a great find if you want to try it.

My husband brought this book home from our local library and we were so impressed we bought two copies. As a therapist and life coach it is useful to have an extra copy on hand for clients to borrow. Not long after coming across this work we attended a lecture on crop circles by prominent researcher Freddy Silva - interesting to note how like crop circles many of the mandalas are. Highly recommended
