5.0 out of 5 stars Great Light Stand April 7, 2009
By Bill S.
I use two of these, using the Adorama Universal Swivel Holder #4117 to hold my 580ex flashes, and Photogenic 45" Eclipse Plus Umbrella, with removable cover. Perfect lighting setup for my home studio, and its all very mobile for on location. All these products are sturdy and have held up to regular use. They're all easy to use, setup, and takedown.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best... July 25, 2012

I've used these (367B and 3333) Manfrotto stands for years and years, and they have never let me down. As of today, I have six 367B's on hand. I use these for monolights and to hold a backdrop crossbar. Sturdy and smooth is the best way to describe them. They tighten easily and hold extremely well. I try to take care of them, and most of them look and feel brand new. I don't think I'll need to replace one any time soon, but if I do, I will without a doubt buy one of these.

3.0 out of 5 stars OK not great February 9, 2013

I was trying to keep with high end quality equipment. This unit is OK quality, not quite matching the quality of my other Manfrotto equipment. This would rate with any other basic light stand.

I wouldn't spend the money for this one again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well constructed basic light stand December 11, 2011

I use this light stand with a small softbox and 580EXII speedlite. It works excellent for this setup. If feels very stable and is easy to operate. I also have a similar light stand made by Interfit. This one feels a little sturdier and has a wider base so I would rate it a little higher. I would feel comfortable using this with heavier studio lights as well. It works exactly like it should.

Nice. This is a top quality, sturdy light stand. It has good height which has helped. It is not flimsy like so many others online.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent starter set May 29, 2012

Manfrotto usually delivers, these stands are no exception.

These stands are fairly solid and tall - standard fittings included.

They were just what I needed ...

5.0 out of 5 stars Holds our pocketwizards and SB-900s just fine February 14, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
They do feel a little cheap sometimes, but they are also very very light and have not shown any wear after several weddings, which is far more important than it feeling cheap. I'm never worried about it falling over no matter how high I have it up, and boy does it go high. When it is up high it will sway a bit sometimes, but it's never a problem. Get some of these if you are doing wireless flash work, you won't regret it. Oh, and get the adapter so too, or you may find your pocketwizard won't fit directly on without it! I didn't realize this and used a tripod head for a few weeks, but the adapter is so worth it!
