These three dishtowels exemplify Mango owner/designer Kanchan Kaye's fashion-forward approach to color. Two of the towels are solid colors: one blueberry (a soft, gray-toned blue), the other coral (a soft, dusty red). Both are woven with a textured, waffle pattern. The third towel is a lively windowpane pattern that picks up the blueberry and coral tones, adds mustard and gray green, and mixes them all into a striking blend of color. Loose-thread weaves add texture and color accents. Like all Mango linens, the towels are 100 percent cotton, hand woven in India, and machine-washable (cold water; tumble dry on low). Colors resist fading. Mango linens are tightly woven and sturdily constructed--they retain their shapes--with good weight, or heft, and a comfortable feel. This set of towels hangs beautifully in the kitchen.
