Trust your ears...keep you head out of it. Klucevsek is a master and all discs he's involved with are worth the attention of any serious accordion-atic.
Zorn's Road Runner is just hilarious and an astounding example of his work...better live, but never mind. Accordion as a vehicle for contemporary expression seems ideal and Europe sets the pace, but Guy is tops for me and also has a "modernist" compositional background himself. Modernists, polkaphobes, phooey...open you ears and then the bellows.

This CD will appeal to you if you are a fan of modern composers who can't seem to distinguish between music and sound. The best tracks are Klucevsek's own compositions, the others are just too noisy for me. Transylvanian Software is a better disk for adventurous but listenable virtuosic accordion playing.
