not what is promised. when you use it plugged in it still has no power on battery power, it

I just received my Manicure Pedicure Set and I have to say I'm very happy that I spent the money. I was tired of getting all these cuts around my toe nails. So if you are tired of getting cuts around you finger and toe nails I suggest this product. I'm definitely not a maven in nails but I like to be groomed and beside I get to save some money.
