About the Author
Michael Bernard Beckwith, a visionary and spiritual leader, founded Agape International Spiritual Center in 1986. Agape is a trans-denominational community of thousands of local members and worldwide friends who practice the universal truth teachings of the ages through meditation, affirmative prayer, visioning, study, and humanitarian service. The Agape Movement's outreach programs feed the hungry, provide international disaster relief, build orphanages and schools in underdeveloped countries, and advocate the preservation of the planet's natural resources. As co-founder and president of the Association for Global New Thought, Dr. Beckwith stands at the forefront with other harbingers of the world's quest for peace. He is a noted author and the recipient of many awards, the most recent of which are the 2007 Trumpet Award for Spiritual Enlightenment, and the 2007 Black Aids Institute Hero Award.
