A little disappointed with DVD
Michele does a nice job with showing one how to eat food with real food and not just an empty plate. However, in her explanation on how to eat salad, she used salad leaves that you roll almost like a cabbage leaf. She stated that one never cuts up their salad. She failed to show what to do if someone serves the cheap iceberg lettuce. You cannot roll that! Also, she never...

Michele does a nice job with showing one how to eat food with real food and not just an empty plate. However, in her explanation on how to eat salad, she used salad leaves that you roll almost like a cabbage leaf. She stated that one never cuts up their salad. She failed to show what to do if someone serves the cheap iceberg lettuce. You cannot roll that! Also, she never mentions or shows one how to hold their wine glasses. When she mentions finger food she didn't show how to eat that properly either. She left a lot out!!!
