I finally found this after figuring out the guy's name. Hear Buzzin on radio long time ago and I loved it and now I got a great album.

4.0 out of 5 stars THE BOMB!, The Decent and the ugly... September 19, 2011
By P.M.
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Damn this a hard one to review. I'd want to give this a 1 out of 5 stars rating because of the bad songs on here and because at first it had the potential to be an dope album but fell off slowly but surely, the inconsistency let me down big time... BUT, on the other hand the tracks that were good were BANGIN'! (obviously, I bought the cd right?)

The "Mann's Intro" is just an intro, nothing too special here so moving right along...

"Gold Herringbone", "The Mack" and "Buzzin' Remix" are the three reasons why I bought this album. These songs have a classic westcoast sound with a 2011 twist but are catchy enough to where either of the three could still get radio play which I though was dope (westcoast artist should pay attention to what was done here and stop using other regions sound/style to get some play while trying to rep the westcoast at the same time; doesn't apply all westcoast artist but a lot of them). J.R. Rotem killed it on the production! J.R. used some classic samples that we've all heard before but flipped them and made them sound fresh ("Gold Herringbone" Damn!!!). The only thing that could have been better was Snoop's verse on "The Mack". Snoop sounded like he was way too high when he recorded his part, he sounded too laid back for the track and would have sounded better if he had put more energy behind his flow. Other than that, these tracks were well worth the purchase.

The Decent
"Wanna Go Back", "Get It Girl" and "Reminisce" were ok, but fell short compared to the first three tracks. I appreciated "Reminisce", it aint touching Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth's classic "T.R.O.Y.", not by a long shot, but I got a smile on my face when the replayed horn sample kicked in.

1.0 out of 5 stars Pointless Review for a Pointless CD August 14, 2011
Format:Audio CD
I can't lie...this cd is in contention for the worst cd I've heard so far this year and maybe in the last few years. Usually there's at least one song on any given album that I could save to my hard drive. In this case there were zero and none that I even had to think twice about deleting. First off, I got this one the ski-mask way off of pure boredom. I had never heard of this guy before and figured I'd give him a chance because everyone deserves a chance. Well, lo and behold, I'll probably never hear from this guy again. The cd is just as generic as his rap name and album title. He attempts to sample popular 80's hits (straight up butchered Nu Shooz classic) and put a hip hop spin to them to disastrous results. MANN is not distinctive in voice or style and is pretty much the epitome of wackness. MANN's World is 10 songs long and inevitably 10 songs too long. I admit that I tried myself with this one and I hope that no one else tries themselves. The cd is temporarily out of stock according to Amazon but it's probably because they refuse to carry something this bad in their catalog. Or any even better scenario that the record company came to their senses and refused to mass produce this tragic effort. Zero Stars and hopefully zero views.
