I got this for my mom, she's been nagging me to get it for her. I must say I'm greatly disappointed on the quality of this product. Originally the seller sent me wrong items, which delayed my order and this was intended to be a xmas present. I received full refund and re-ordered. Shipped via USPS by soft brown envelop. Surprised it's not crashed as the envelop wasn't even padded! Found the DVD full of scratches and nasty mess of prints all over. I purchased the NEW stock, for God's sake it was difficult to get it to play! My dvd player could not recognize the disc at all.Only after wiping it clean with my handy Windex, we were able to watch the movie. I'm most disappointed of the product's quality and delivery handling. The movie is great; however, I do not recommend buying this directly from Amazon. |
