Purchased this for a x-mas gift. The Chess Store sent it out right away and made it by x-mas. No problems, very speedy and they provided a tracking number right away. One the product arrived, it did not look exactly as pictured on the website. It was missing the carrying handle. Called them to complain and they checked all of their inventory. Apparently the manufacturer changed the design. They credited me some money for the mis-representation and were very cooperative. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend them.
