The following is a review from Our World Magazine and relates to the previous edition of the book. We can only say if they liked out last issue, they'll certainly love this one. We've added and expanded several popular features and updated all our chapters to make your travel experience as wonderful as possible:

"The latest edition of the Mexican gay guide is heads above previous offerings, even by the same publisher. There are 204 pages of detailed information alphabetized for easy reference plus maps and photographs of major points of interest. Additionally, the book now includes Costa Rica and Guatemala.

Listed are tour companies and services for North Americans, British, Canadian and Australian visitors. Subjects include travel requirements, worldwide airline services, local culture, street identification, a word glossary, currency and charge card explanations, important telephone numbers, popular native foods, accomodations from deluxe to budget, nightclubs and bars, all classes of restaurants and for those so inclined, listings of US fast food chains. Aside from the inclusion of saunas, cinemas, cruisy areas (available in most guides), this excellent book is more than suitable for women travelers as well as gay men. All types of hotels, restaurants and attractions plus pertinent data on visitng each country will be most useful to lesbians planning a holiday in any of the countries included. One of the most reable guides to come along in some time! The author Senor Cordova has cut out all of the 'fluff' while rtaining the really important information."

5.0 out of 5 stars It's Absolutely Wonderful, April 26, 2000

I loved it. It's written and laid out just like those all-inclusive travel guides made for "straight" people, but of course this one is written with us in mind. It's so much better than the others. It's about time. Do check it out you'll really enjoy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hey, It got me a Mexican BF !, March 14, 2000

What can I say. Life can really be odd. I was looking for a quick vacation destination just to get away from my stressful job. While reading the guide, I got interested in Puerto Vallarta. It described P.V's nightclubs and boy haunts with amusing detail. It didn't take much before I was there. My week in Puerto Vallarta was more then I expected because by the third day I had met a wonderful local artisan. We quickly became an item. I can't promise you'll find a "Jorge" in you trip, but I did and it was the guide that motivated me to take my trip. I can almost say it was God sent !

I agree. I used the guide on my trip to Costa Rica. I had the chance to browse others, but this guide had more listings. Not only does it help you meet locals, but it even has listings on local male escort services besides the usual club hangouts! I was impressed because no one else did. I can't wait for his other guides.
