The Mantis with the 4 cycle Honda engine was easy to assemble and it is light. The engine has started easily each time it has been used and it does not take long to till the ground. The Mantis tilled my hard ground and smaller underground roots without a problem although the first time I used it, it bounced or skipped a few times which may have been due to my inexperience with it but the bounce was resolved by pulling back on it and leaving off the gas a little bit. The tines may be easily removed to remove weeds that may get caught around them. I was used to a big tiller so I was skeptical of a smaller machine for my small garden. I am not affiliated with the manufacturer and I would recommend this Mantis. I also recommend the kickstand which makes it easy to stand the Mantis.
