This book is a very good resource for any one interested in the science of mantras (sounds) and their use in meditation. Pandit Usharbudh Arya (now known as Swami Veda Bharathi) is a very well known expert in this area... This book will appeal very much to people who like logical explanations of theories and phenomenon. The author explains what mantras are, why they are so important in meditation and also the science behind mantras. This book is highly recommended. In some chapters the author goes into sufficient detail as to require re-reading to understand the subject matter thoroughly. For those people who think that spirituality is an occult science this book will dispel that myth...
