Mantras, A Musical Path to Peace helped me survive a life crisis. It enabled me to understand that even a non-religious skeptic could actually find inner peace through chanting mantras. Dr. Marshall's clear, unpretentious book is a treasure. And the CD that comes with the book is one of the most beautiful CD's I've ever heard.
