This is a really valuable book, I would like to get some copies to use them in our company training, and as reference for every team work performed. It is a good base to develop team work, it explains the Quality principles, the tools for team improvements, and the technics to work as a team.Es un muy buen libro, lamento que no se este editando, y me gustaría mucho obtenerlo.

I want this book in Spanish. It is a complete guide for workteam and I need it becuase I'm in charge of Training and Development Departament and i'm responsable for facilitate improvement processes trough workteams. Its design and contents are very pedagogic. I like it very much. I hope I can get it as soon as posible.
