Hi. i read this book in less than an hour when it arrived at home. Its an excelent book for people who begin in learning the art of exercise prescription, but if you have read "Exercise and the Heart" , you`ll find this book as a resume of this last . Both are from Froelicher and Myers. Excelents physicians....excelnt books

if you have already seen the stars with Excercise and the Heart....this book will not take you closer....if you dont have begin to see the stars....first.....and very first ...read this Manual of Exercise testing....thanks amazon!
