This can be an overwhelming process and it is critical to get good sound advice. A helpful book with clear analysis.

This vendor sent the wrong book, and then would not admit fault or take responsbility. I sent the book back to him and weeks later am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT use this vendor, he is a crook.

Useful for a non-specialist,

As a transplant ID person, chapters concise and useful, giving lots of basics about the mechanics of BMT. It is useful for me, and I direct my fellows to various sections of it, e.g. early chapters, the GVHD and VOD chapters.
It does feel like a departmental manual that was upgraded for publication. Very light on references. I am biased, but the infection section is small. Then again, it is an entire field in itself.
