I purchased this book for a 4th year NICU rotation. This is a good, handy book to have in the NICU. It might be thick to fit in a white coat pocket, but it's still small enough to carry around. It covers a good amount of NICU basics without going into too much detail, so it's great as a quick reference guide.

Going through the last semester of an advanced practice nursing program, this book is like another great reference manual to have in clinical practice. I would recommend it to everyone in the APN role.
