3.0 out of 5 stars For anyone who wants to be a travel agent in the UK, August 10, 1998
By A Customer
Book seems okay; however it is written for someone who wants to be employed for a travel agency; not for the agency. I was looking for a book to help describe the practice within an agency (back office management, business practices, etc.).

This book didn't give any real insight into the travel agency practice. The book doesn't give enough depth.
