I ordered it expecting it to be the full Gilham's manual. However, it is not. Note the number of pages. It is very misleading how it is set up, and there is NO USEFUL INFORMATION in this 28 page document, besides a table of contents of what you do not have. I am not sure what the intent of this document was but it got my 11.95...

This was not the Manual. It is a collection of pictures, old ads, and review of the actual manual. If you are looking for a Manual of Instruction for hte Volunteers and Militia of the United States, this is not it.
