I am a school teacher, and my blood pressure would go up high from time to time (150/90).I wanted to avoid taking medication and was searching for natural remedies. Then someone told me about manuka honey and its effects. Because of the price I was a little hesitant at first, but comparing to the cost of medication I thought it was worth a try. Surely it did not disappoint me. After consuming manuka honey for a month my blood pressure is down to 120/80, and I got there without taking any medication. Most importantly it is all natural! What is also amazing is that my occasional acid reflux is gone! I am really grateful for this product. |
