Anne Semans sold sex toys for many years and brings her vast knowledge, insights, and wit to her great guide. If you're new to sex toys, this is the perfect introduction. And if you have a nightstand full of vibes and other toys, I bet you'll still find useful information in The Many Joys of Sex Toys. Two thumbs up...or perhaps two magic wands.

I've enjoyed my vibrator for years, but I kept it private. This book gave me the push I needed to talk about it with my boyfriend. We had such a good time following the book's advice about how to share a vibrator that we're going to check out some other toys too.

I like this book. This book has little illusions but very informational. It shows the basic things in sex toys and masturbation with or without your partner. I keep the book handy for reference.

This book is great, especially if you read through the chapters with your partner. It really helps facilitate communication about exactly what is enjoyable in using sex toys with each other. It gives great variations on using specific toys, and introduced us to toys of which we were unaware. The book is enjoyable to read and really made it easy for my girlfriend and I to talk to each other about what we read in the book.

I recommend buying a few inexpensive toys along with the book just so you have something to play with while you read through the chapters, and reading the chapters to each other really helps make the experience more romantic and not just sexual.

I have read most of the books on this subject. Many of them are small, compact pocket books whose small size means the author must either omit toys or give too-brief reviews.

This book is a big, hefty 300 6X8 pages which allows Ms Semans to give complete instruction on a plethora of toys with room left for some erotic stories. If you only buy one book on toys, I would suggest this is the one.

I've not yet read this from cover to cover but so far so good! Lots of questions answered on why which toys are meant for which function! I can't wait to put the knowledge to use! I highly recommend this if you are a beginnger to adult toys like I am!

I ordered the book, because of a net, recommendation. The book was informatiive, illustrated, well planned and funny. Exact details were laid out, fantacy short stories, placed through the book demonstrated how sex toys, can have changing effects on a lagging relationship

Has great descriptions and techniques for using sex toys. Good for both singles and couples.

Personally There wasn't really anything "New" in this book that I didn't aleady know. But I will say that I got my order very quickly. In less than a week it was at my door step.
