This is HOT! One of the best new CD's for '08!,

There is a hot new artist out, and her name is Sara Bareilles. Her debut cd "Little Voice" has gone gold and word has it that it is on it's way to platinum. She has a very soulful voice, great lyrics, and accompanies herself with a piano. The cd has a jazzy soulful sound, with some deep lyrics, and a light poppy under tone on some songs such as "Love Song" the debut track.I bought the cd after hearing "love Song" and didn't know if the rest of the cd would hold up. After giving it a long listen, I came to the conclusion that "Love song" maybe the weakest track on the cd. I am very excited about this cd, it has been in my car for almost two weeks, and I travel 4 to 500 miles a week. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up! This will be on my top ten list of best cd's for 2008. |
