Excelent reference book,
By Aaron Stafford (Chico, Ca United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Map Projection Transformation: Principles and Applications (Paperback)
This book provides a very solid base for working through the processes of projection transformations. I have searched for months for a text that explains polynomial approximation in a way that I can understand, and was very pleased with the detail with which this topic was introduced. As a computer scientist without a robust mathmatical background, I was able to use this text as a very solid first step into the details of numerical transformation.
