Oldie, but Goodie!,
This review is from: Mapping Hypertext: The Analysis, Organization, and Display of Knowledge for the Next Generation of On-Line Text and Graphics (Paperback)
While the publication date of this work may suggest it is outdated; I STILL refer to Horn's fundamental concepts when building knowledge bases and websites. IMHO, Horn was WAY ahead of his time when he wrote this!
