1.0 out of 5 stars Marathon Runner's handbook, December 23, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Marathon Runner's Handbook (Soviet Medical Reviews: Section E - Virology Reviews) (Paperback)
total waste of time. 75% of book was pictures unrelated to training. A little info on exercise and diet. Mostly just fluff. Training times listed are too short.
