The power cord is too short, 36" just isn't enough. Seems like a decent unit so far, heats up quickly and melts tarts as it should. My biggest complaint is the routing of the power cord; it comes out of the front of the warmer directly below the power light. I would much rather have the light in the front and the cord coming out the back. Overall, I would consider this average. You get what you pay for.

This warmer worked well for about 6 weeks, then I went to turn it on and it threw sparks from under the base and shorted out. of course this happened after the return window was closed so now i'm stuck with this broken piece of junk. don't waste your money. i'm sure you can find a more reliable one from your local walmart.

Works like a warming pot. Not as heavy as I would have imagined.

This item is handy and small enough to stay out of sight, out of mind, however, the cord is too short to put it on anything but lower shelves which isn't good if you live in a house with young children because it leaves a lot of (not scalding, but still uncomfortably warm) liquid wax within reach or capable of being bumped and spilled (on themselves or on carpet) when they are cruising around the house.

Product delivered as described in a timely fashion. Very satisfactory product and would gladly buy from in the future.
