One of the nicest things about this marble cheese board is that you can also slice fruits, such as pears or apples on it without fear of harming the board.

Plus, the 8" size is practical for a buffet or an end table if that is where you choose to offer it.

Attractiveness isn't forgotten as the handle of the accompanying knife matches the board.

It would make a welcome bridal or hostess gift.

The cheese board was the perfect size and a very fair price; however the packaging was completely inadequate and 1 of the 2 that I ordered was broken; I read the reviews (afterwards) and found other purchasers had the same experience. I returned 1 for full credit, but could have avoided that hassle by just reading the reviews ! NOTE TO SELF: REVIEWS ARE USEFUL !
