I bought this for my boyfriend when I was on a Marc Jacobs kick. I had never tested it before, so I bought a smaller bottle. At first, it's unusual and sweet; it's like nothing I've ever smelled before. As it settles, it is a silent lady killer. We were in an elevator, and a woman actually asked what he was wearing. He has gotten a lot of comments on it, despite the fact that he can never remember that it's Marc Jacobs.

If you want something that no one else is wearing, that women love, go with this.

It seems that men who often say they don't wear cologne are drawn to this new scent from Marc Jacobs. And, the women for whom they wear it are delighted.

"Marc Jacobs" the fragrance for men is distinctively masculine, fresh, woodsy.

It has a hint of a sea breeze blended with what I take to be a green base.

It makes a statement without shouting, it's a suble aroma.

Fantiastic scent, mellow, and is not overpowering. If you want it to linger, spray it on your clothes.

Growing up I was never much of a cologne guy until I had a girlfriend who pushed some stuff on me. By shear coincidence I came across a bottle of Marc Jacobs only while I was shopping for some other brands. I cannot begin to describe this stuff. Every time I wear it women compliment me and are always dying to know what it is. All the other bottles of cologne have taken a back seat to this one and will most likely continue to do so. This is a must buy for any man who wants to leave a lasting impression on every woman he meets!

I first heard about Marc Jacobs from listening to David DeAngelo's monthly interview series (October). I went out to the mall to get a whiff of this stuff and it is incredible (If there was only a way to smell stuff over the internet :) ). If you could smell confidence then this is what it would smell like. It smells very different but warm and comforting, or as David D would put it...different in a positive way. Its a serious upgrade from the Nautica I have been using due to it being a very unique smell. This is how a man should smell.

Designer Marc Jacobs brought the same verve and imagination to his creation of a fragrance for men as he did in his fragrance for women. It is unique a unique blend, distinctively masculine, fresh, woodsy.

Im a big fan of the marc jacobs cologne and it's very hard for me to find it. I was impressed that I was able to find it here on amazon and at a very good price and i love the scent! A must have for any man that is wanting a fesh scent.

I ordered this cologne having heard good things about it from a friend of mine and based off of other reviews from Amazon. I was really quite disappointed when I received it. It's scent is certainly unique, it is not like most other cologne which smells clean and fresh. This cologne has what I take to be a woody, green base to it which sets it up well, but everything else in it is just too much for me to handle. It is not overpowering, but it has a noticeable and somewhat unpleasant spunk which kind of reminds me of butter. Again, some may enjoy this cologne, but make sure you smell it before buying it yourself.

I love this scent. It's very light and masculine, making it a perfect daytime perfume. However it fades really quickly... usually within and hour or two of application. I recommend spraying on your clothes rather than skin to get a little longer life out of it.
