I slept on this one!, January 4, 2012
This album is smooth as it gets! Marc Nelson would have fit in real good with boy II men. Although he choose to go solo,the real reason he went solo was because of Motown's advice of four members instead of five. "I don't want to be in love" written by Marc Nelson was also a huge hit for Brain Culbertson in the Jazz world. This brother wrote a lot of hits for artist like Babyface. In my opinion he sounds like Shawn Stockman. This album is good and smooth. I just hate that artist like this won't get the true love from the industry that they deserve.

This is a great easy-listening r&b project by this Babyface protoge'. Marc's effortless falsetto dances across the tracks, including "I Don't Wanna Be In Love". All tracks are written by Marc Nelson as he shows off his multi-platinum lyric-writing skills. Well done.
