Strap wont stay tight...Mares consumer affairs no help at all,

Had this mask for a few months when, after one use, that mask strap would keep slipping and water would leak in like crazy. I contacted Mares consumer affairs on multiple occasssions and they never even returned my emails. I would avoid this product and this brand.
