If you only read one Christmas book this season, make it "Maria's Gift" by L. C. Santiago. This is a beautiful, well told story for children of all ages. "Maria's Gift" pulled at my heart strings and brought tears to my eyes. This is a gift that I will share with my family and friends for Christmas. This book proves to every person who reads it that wishes do come true and to always have hope no matter what people tell you. Thank you, L. C. Santiago, for helping bring the meaning of Christmas back.
