I picked up this cd without every hearing any of their stuff. I just looked at the song titles and decided i would give it a try. And now i am so glad i did... this cd has become one of my favorite. i only have one question...why have these girls not become a huge sucess? their voices are strong, they have a great mix of songs....and the cd is priced low.... i would recommend this cd to anyone who loves good vocals and a great mix of fast and slow songs.. these girls remind me of the first shedaisy album...anyway... check it out... it's great stuff

This is by far the best CD that I have purchased in a long time. I love the song "Oh Yeah." It is by far my favorite song on the album. It tells of love at first sight with a great beat! "Real Bad Mood" is another great song!!!! It is my new "girl anthem!"

Hey, Marie Sisters, you have put together a tremendous collection of songs. Bravo! I love the heart felt songs and the emotion you inject so beautifully.
I love all the songs, but if I had to pick some favorites, they would be "Strong for you" and "I will hold on"
Your songs stir the emotions and soothe the spirit.
Keep up the singing. I am looking forward to your next CD.

I cannot understand why these two women are not big stars. I bought this CD for .92, because I needed to find a song entitled "Circle of Love". Not expecting much from a .92 CD.

I was wonderfully surprised when I listened to the entire CD. My favorite song is Real Bad Mood..makes me forget my bad mood (when I'm in one!). It has a country feel, without all the country twang. How about more of the Marie Sisters!

The Marie Sisters are terrific! Real Bad Mood has a groovy country beat, and it's my favorite song on the album. I also like Oh Yeah. I was hoping for a lot of fast songs, but most of them are slow. Still, it's not a bad album. Their slow songs are very beautiful, calming, and soothing. These sisters have great voices! Every track is good, and I'd recommend this cd.

It's been a long time since I've heard such amazing voices from the country music world up until I heard the Marie Sisters! For anyone who's heard their single "Real Bad Mood" knows that single is proof of their powerful lyrics and beautiful voices. The entire CD demonstrates their vast musical talent, from their guitar-driven single to their heartfelt ballads titled "Crazy to Run" and "I Will Hold On" that shows off their angelic voices. The country music world will be blessed with this talented duo, and anyone looking to build their CD collection (whether or not Country music is an interest to you) will definitely benefit from adding this album!

An absolutely awesome debut.

How in the [heck] did this smooth-sounding sister harmony duo manage to seamlessly pen such a song as REAL BAD MOOD ... a toe-tapping, head-nodding, [booty]-shaking rhythm that combines elements of country, bluegrass, gospel, pop rock, and blues? It's one [darn] good listen, if not a new national anthem for America!

OH YEAH = great almost country hip-hoppy reflection on 'love at first sight.'

STRONG FOR YOU = the kind of personal statement song that Phil Vassar has been penning for years. Deserves to be a radio hit.

BRING IT ON BACK = fairly standard country ballad of love and loss, given a wonderful spin with a great refrain.

YOU WERE A MOUNTAIN = the kind of song that Martina McBride or Sara Evans would probably sing an octave higher and belt out like country gospel.

STILL = bluegrass ballad that melds pop and country twang that way Shania used to do b/f she made it big. Arguably, this might be the best track on the album as it showcases the sisters pure talents.

CRAZY TO RUN = an interesting mix of a traditional country sound with the contemporary. Message song.

I WILL HOLD ON = another deserving radio hit, if not for the sisters look for one of the current wave of pop stars to remake it in a year or two and it'll be christened the next big thing. While STILL might be the best overall track on the album, this one runs a very close second.

CIRCLE OF LOVE = Sounds very much like a song from Ireland's The Coors with a country spin. Great refrain that lifts the relatively low-key opening to the tune.

KISS ME GOODBYE = again, another song that's probably destined to be remade by a pop star, which speaks well for their talent. Almost has an Alanis Morrisette sound to it. Good rhythm and a wonderful musical statement on relationships.

IF I FALL IN LOVE TONIGHT = a bit of a retread on a topic already covered so much better on earlier tracks of the album, but a catchy song, nonetheless.

This album is obviously as much a work of the heart as it is the head. The Sisters should have a very bright future. While some of the songs do run the risk of sounding a bit too much like the previous track on the CD or even songs from other of today's top country performers, the gals do an outstanding job of experimenting with some artistic creative stamps of their own.

Although it is a great song, the Marie Sisters' single, "Real Bad Mood" hardly captures all the talent of this gifted duo. The CD is packed with great songs, driven by their powerful voices, beautiful harmony, and heart-felt lyrics. One great example that demonstrates their beautiful lyrics is "I Will Hold On". The electric guitar-laced style of many of the songs give the CD a rock-edge that is sure to take the country world by storm. Whether or not you're a country fan, this CD is a must!

This cd rocks; Real Bad Mood speaks for Women in a funny way.OH Yeah is as well true and cute;You were a mountian is very spiritual; Circle of Love is what the kids today need a circle of love no matter what;If I fall in love speaks of staying together forever; Bring it on back is common of lost love, and yet willing to make it work again; and all are great with equal meaning. I heard the Marie Sisters Live and they were as good vocally as the cd.!!!!Need no Protool!!!! thats rare.

I picked this CD up while at Fort Carson,Colorado, not being sure what I was getting but deciding to take a chance on it. Wow! The Marie Sisters are fantastic! I couldn't stop listening to it. It is one of the few CDs where I can listen to the whole CD and like every song. I hope to see more of the Marie sisters in the future. I will purchase their next CD right away.
