This book focuses on many basic techniques for growing indoor/outdoor plants.I think it is a little outdated for the modern "farmer",but it clearly explains the importance of light,heat,water,etc.If you are just looking for facts than this may be the book for you,but if you want to harvest a "kind"crop then I would purchase one of the more recent guides because there are many options available today that weren't when this book was published.
