not very detailed on hydro systems,
By A Customer
This review is from: Marijuana Hydro Gardens: The Techno Grow (Paperback)
while it mentions the different hydroponic systems used for marijuana cultivation, it's not very detailed on their setups. .On the other hand, it discusses nutrients, equipment, and Pests very well. Overall i liked it and would reccomend it, as there is alot of good info in it, but I think it needs more detail in the hydro systems chaptor.

Not to shabby,

With a minimum knowledge of cultivation, you could pull off some good crops. Readers really need another source of information, this book just doesn't have EVERYTHING you need to know, but it's still a good reference.

This is my first review and i thought it was worth my time to write this one so here you go.I only picked up this book to add to my library because i heard Tom Flowers was a good author on the subject. This might be alright for a NOVICE grower but even then you might as well start with a GOOD alround book.Im new at hydro and i would never recommend this book, critical info is not there as far as (ph,tds,ec,meter details and functions, mediums and differences, qaulity of the h20 specs,) even the equipment that is listed is terrible and theres ALOT better options now.It really seems just like any book from the 80s and now its WAY out dated,George Cervantes updated version of indoor cultivators chapters on meters,ph,h20,and hydro is a way better choice for the novice or expert with all the new equipment and setups+lots of great pics. One more thing Tom Flowers book is about 85 pages buts seems like 50and very poor info seems to by a BIG rip off !!! MEL FRANK..ED ROSENTHAL...GEORGE CERVANTES... the 3kings on the subject Connel Clarke ok too.

But not as small as Indoor Marijuana Horticulture,
This review is from: Marijuana Hydro Gardens: The Techno Grow (Paperback)
I think a novice grower should really spend a little more time growing before trying to sell us 23 pages of a hydro chapter in Indoor Marijuana Horticulture as being better than this book. This book is April 2001. Indoor Marijuana Horticulture is September 2001. This book is devoted to hydro and not cannabis cultivation in its entire. Are you Jorge Cervantes or something? No wonder the spelling in your book is so bad if you can not get your own name right. Did not know you where a novice hydro grower Jorge? Oh well, that sort of puts things in perspective for everybody. Toodle-loo from a ED ROSENTHAL fan. |
