"Y" ADAPTERS have MarineGuard II cover. For use in wet locations. Female has sealing collar system. Male and female are locking type. - Female Connector: 2-30A 125V Locking with Sealing Collar System, attaches to cordset to boat inlet - Male Connector: 50A 125V Locking, attaches to dockside receptacle or cordset

As a boater I find that we are being overcharged for just about anything that has the word Marine in it. This one was one of the few exceptions.Even though it is a little pricy. Price the individual components you would have to purchase to accomplish the same task.That price would still not include the extensive labor cost of running new wire ,conduit, clips etc etc. This was an answer to obviously powering 2 boats from one outlet. You would need to consider how many amps you would be drawing if running multiple electronics on the vehicles to plug into. Overall, this ..at this price was definitely worthwhile for my application, and saved me couple hundred dollars and several headaches.
