Specs: Red vinyl leatherette, with the Marine Corps seal and lettering embossed in gold. 11 x 11.5 cover, 3-ring steel binder, with thumb releases. I was let down by the quality of this product. It is just a plain 3 ring binder with a Marine logo on the front. I paid more than what the item was worth in my opinion. I should have not decided to be so cheap and go with this particular item. I got what I paid for. It is a 3 ring binder with about 10 plastic inserts for photos, etc.
