5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent belt
I agree fully with the previous reviews. The belt is clearly of high quality and comes at a reasonable price. Also, wanted to mention the belt is 2.25" wide. The miniature Maglite holsters will just barely fit on it though.

I ordered this product in size XL. The product as delivered was too short to be an XL but it did not have any size label. Not sure WHY. if you make a product that needs to be sized for fit, why, (if they are selling a NEW product) doesn't it have a label?

I assume it was a Large, since I am between sizes, at the high end of large. But the belt was...

5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job at a reasonable price, November 16, 2007

Ahh, the web belt. So simple, yet usually you get charged an arm and a leg, because vendors know that you need it if you want to wear most vests and thigh rigs out there.

This one is the real deal, not an imitation, and comes at a modest price.

5.0 out of 5 stars sturdy and good, July 17, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
this belt is excellent. I'm hanging photography accessories from it in pouches and cases with belt loops. It's a very sturdy belt that allows for a significant range of lengths with very tough metal teeth that do not slip or, apparently, rip up the belt material.

I dont know what material the belt is made from but, it's very dense and strong. The clips is a heavy duty plastic and the adjustment slips are all metal.

Planning a hiking trip for the boundary waters. I am using this to carry various items that I will need at all times even when without my pack. ie. compass, map case, water bottle.

Looking for a solid "pistol belt" to attach various items such as camera bag, wallet, camping knife, binoculars, and water bottle. This does the trick.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality/price, November 2, 2011

Well made/strong. I ordered the large size which said to 46" on the description. However, the belt came with a sticker saying L 56". My normal pants size is 38-40. After adjusting the belt, I used up most of the available length, leaving a little more length unused and it was snug (just right) when buckling. I would order this belt again and probably will, as I think it will hold up well even with a lot of use.

But the belt was essentially unusable though the range is adjustable to my size, the metal keeper slides away from the latch mechanism, about 1/2" per side before it allows the latch to come up and release the adjustment. But the snapping fabric keepers are so short that they cannot snap around the belt. When you adjust it to the ends, you cannot move the metal part far enough away for it to clamp down, and slide the metal keeper back over the catches, to the locking position.

So wrong size, it does not fit, and is not worth the already doubled price for shipping to return it. Not recommended that you buy it, as they shipped a size smaller than i ordered, the miserable design, that requires another 2 inches of length, to latch into position, and the beltkeepers are not made long enough to get around the pistol belt alone, never mind your waistbelt.

Oh, (cheaply) Korean made. That may affect your buying decision, too.

i love this and i would highly recommend it to anyone needing a sturdy, well constructed belt. unlike other web belts ive owned....it was a dream to adjust and when you snap the buckle together you *know* its secured. whoever designed this knew what the hell they were doing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed..., July 16, 2007
I have been looking for this and another item for some time at the local army surplus stores, but between paint ballers, fellow security and law enforcement individuals its a rare find. I logged onto amazon.com, and within a few days I had exactly what I needed. Item was in new condition just as I ordered it and arrived in a timely fashion.
